Empire is a robust platform with a lot of tools and functions, so we occasionally receive questions from affiliates regarding how to use certain features. Some of them pop up more frequently, so we decided to present you with this mini-guide, answering questions about registration, payment terms, tracking, and promo tools.

This guide will be your mini-FAQ to settle typical queries. For more in-depth questions, remember that our managers are always available. The basics of starting up

The “Website URL” field is where you enter the address of your traffic source, i.e., from where you’re planning to bring traffic to us. We care for the reputation of both publishers and our product owners, like LiveJasmin, and want to make sure our services are promoted in accordance with our terms of service and in ways that engage the users.

Registration and email confirmation are the first steps, as they enable access to your dashboard only. However, we need some personal information to comply with the regulations and payout details, so we can pay you when the time comes. Until then, a reminder will be provided at the top of your dashboard to complete your verification.

Worry not, it’s a streamlined process, and you can always contact our specialists if you need any assistance. Once you fill in all the details and confirm your personal information, you’re ready to receive your first payouts.

Getting paid hassle-free

How do payout dates work?

Your payout date depends on two factors:

  • Payout threshold amount — specify it by clicking on ‘My Account’ → ‘Payout’ (Pro tip: new publishers should set it as low as possible)
  • The date of achieving that threshold

Every month is split, where the 15th is the borderline. Hit the minimal payout threshold before that date to get paid on the 10th day of the following month. For example, if you score $500 in sales on July 5th, you’ll get paid on August 10th.

If you score the minimum after the 15th, you’ll be paid on the 25th day of the following month. For instance, if you make $500 in sales by July 30th, you’ll get paid on August 25th.

If you prefer to speed things up, consider using Fast Payouts, which will shorten the hold period to 2–4 business days (depending on the payment method chosen) after the end of the period when the threshold is achieved. Getting back to our last example, instead of August 25th, you’ll get paid somewhere between August 2nd–4th (don’t forget about the mandatory fee for Fast Payouts).

Why does my payout appear as “carried over”?

There are three possible reasons for that:

  • Payout threshold hasn’t been achieved before the period closure
  • Payout method hasn’t been specified
  • Payout is underway, but we need some time to process it

“Carried over” also serves as a placeholder when we process your payouts. So if you’re confident that you have met the limit on the stipulated dates, don’t fret and give us some time (1–3 business days). Once we confirm everything, your status will be changed to “to be paid at [date].”

 

Making the most of our Promo Tools

Why can’t I see my clicks?

Either because no tracker is in use or you are utilizing an unsupported promo tool. If you want to see clicks in your dashboard, make sure to use our promotional tools to display all clicks correctly in your statistics menu.

How often does A.W. Empire update the Model Feed?

The update frequency of the Model Feed depends on your search preference. Webmasters searching by a custom model list will have the cache set to 300 seconds (5 minutes). When searching by category, the cache is 20 seconds, but we discourage calling it more often than every once in a few minutes.

Are your promo tools translated into other languages?

Generally, we always translate our promo tools automatically to one of the 19th languages available on the platform (same selection as for our live cam sites). Moreover, the target language is picked automatically, depending on the user’s browser language.

However, sometimes copies are hard-coded, e.g., in banners. They can’t be translated automatically and require a touch of Photoshop. Do that, or consider dynamic alternatives, like the Free Chat tool.
