What is considered as new member?

A member is considered new if they never purchased credits on any of our sites before. Promoting Bimbim.com is an exception from this rule, as on Bimbim.com they will be considered new, even if they had purchased credits on our other sites. But once they purchased credits on BimBim, they are not considered new on any of our sites (including BimBim).
