Let’s start with the quality-of-work improvements. You can now use dynamic popunders to get the most converting creatives from us automatically. And when it comes to tiny quality-of-life improvements, we have three more updates!
Small things can have a significant impact, and with this in mind, we have been focusing on communication matters on our platform. Recently, we’ve added two new features to our dashboard: News Feed and the Guides tab.
Additionally, we were seeking an alternative to Skype, which will become obsolete after May 5, 2025. Read on to learn how to contact us and stay in touch beyond that date.
Dynamic popunders
Our just released Dynamic Pop is a new promo tool on our platform, which can change your promotional approaches. As the name suggests, such popunders are subject to rotation, meaning you display a few of them in a sequence. When using it, you get the most converting creatives for LiveJasmin from us. So, to test dynamic popunders, go to “Promo tools” and select “LiveJasmin”. Pick any program and use either embedded code or a direct URL. Currently, it’s available only for the “Girls” category, the one with the most conversions.
News Feed to keep you informed
Although we have the newsletter and blog to inform you about major changes, sometimes you need quick micro-updates or small reminders to stay in the loop. With this in mind, we have added a News Feed to your dashboard, so that you can browse the past and present on your own time. Specifically, News Feed is made primarily to inform you about:
- Conference details
- New releases
- Latest posts
- Feature updates
- Domain replacements
Guides as your personal library
Has anyone ever told you to “read the manual first,” referring to a famous meme? Well, now you can do this, because we’ve already added some guides and are expanding. Go to “My Account” and find “Guides” on your dashboard bar. Guides for the “Model Feed tool,” “Postback Editor,” and “Postback testing” are available for download or viewing in a browser.
Our database of guides is growing, but we could use your help if you’re interested. You can contribute by suggesting the topics you’d like to see in this library. Drop a line to your AM and we’ll take a look at it.
Skype alternatives to contact us
You have probably heard the news: Skype is toast as of May 5, 2025. It has been popular among affiliates, but we must move with the times. Thus, we have migrated all our Skype profiles to Teams. Some of our partners prefer to remain there, and we respect their decision.
At the same time, we’re adding Telegram as our main communication channel, marked by its security, convenience, voice messages, group calls, file sharing, bots, and, of course, texting — all of these features are available for free. Write down to your AM if you want to know how to find us on Telegram.
